SATS

SATS is short for state akin to sleep. Neville Goddard described it as a relaxed, drowsy condition in which the body is still but attention remains under a person's direction. In that state, the student experiences a short scene that would follow the fulfillment of a desire.

Neville's instructions stress first person experience and a scene simple enough to repeat without strain. The scene is not a mental film about getting the desire. It is a brief event that would happen after fulfillment. He also advised falling asleep while the completed state feels present and natural.
