God & Christ Within

Neville Goddard placed God and Christ within the human person rather than outside. He connected God with "I AM" and human imagination, and described Christ as the power and wisdom of God present in humanity.

To say that "God became man" was, for Neville, to say that God took on human limitation and would eventually awaken in humanity. Divine sonship describes the identity revealed through that awakening. The Promise concerns the events of fulfillment, while God and Christ within names the identity those events reveal.
